I pray for the millions who live in constant Sin and Temptation. Help mankind to resist Lucifer and all of his sensory enhancers, let his demons not control our hearts. Let us allow the light of Jesus of Nazareth to defend us against Evil’s powerful enticements.

Temptation is the downfall of man. In a world of lust and sin, greed and despair, people have become comfortable living in sin.

Temptation is the root of Evil, and not fighting sinful temptations in a man’s life will cause his soul to be lost. The bible has a lot of good advice about the battle against temptation and sin.

Luke 11:4
And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into
temptation; but deliver us from evil.
Psalm 95:8
Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of
temptation in the wilderness:
Matthew 6:13
And lead us not into
temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Matthew 26:41
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into
temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Mark 14:38
Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into
temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.
Luke 8:13
They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of
temptation fall away.
Luke 22:28
Ye are they which have continued with me in my
temptations.
Luke 22:40
And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into
temptation.
Luke 22:46
And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into
temptation.
Acts 20:19
Serving the LORD with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and
temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:
1 Corinthians 10:13
There hath no
temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Galatians 4:14
And my
temptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.
1 Timothy 6:9
But they that will be rich fall into
temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Hebrews 3:8
Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of
temptation in the wilderness:
James 1:2
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers
temptations;
James 1:12
Blessed is the man that endureth
temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
1 Peter 1:6
Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold
temptations:
2 Peter 2:9
The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of
temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
Revelation 3:10
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of
temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Redemption of your sins and evil desires to the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to be forgiven for this normal human behavior. The bible gives us instruction on how to be forgiven for all our worldly desire sin, and the instruction on how to have our sin debt washed away.

Leviticus 25:24
And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a
redemption for the land.
Psalm 49:8
(For the
redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)
Psalm 111:9
He sent
redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.
Psalm 130:7
Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous
redemption.

Luke 2:38
And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for
redemption in Jerusalem.
Luke 21:28
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your
redemption draweth nigh.
Romans 3:24
Being justified freely by his grace through the
redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Romans 8:23
And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the
redemption of our body.
1 Corinthians 1:30
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and
redemption:
Ephesians 1:7
In whom we have
redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Ephesians 1:14
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the
redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Ephesians 4:30
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of
redemption.
Colossians 1:14
In whom we have
redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
Hebrews 9:12
Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal
redemption for us.
Hebrews 9:15
And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the
redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

We as Christians can all rejoice in the knowing that Jesus Christ, and God almighty are but one, and he will return for us all that we might be caught up with him in the sky. All of us who keep the faith can always be happy, even in the face of the worst adversity, because we know that after the worms have eaten my body and my name is forgotten and not spoke by man any longer, My father will return, and renew me, and take me to the promised land he hath prepared for me in Heaven.

rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.

Let us all never forget the valuable lessons that are in the Holy Bible. God urges us all to read his word, so that we can grasp his concept of what life should be like. The Holy Bible is like a lamp unto our feet which lights the path that we all must follow. Without the light of the SON to guide you, you will end up on a detour that will take you south of Heaven. My friend Jesus is calling out to you to embrace him, and your very salvation depends upon it, so don’t take chances on dying without knowing the Nazarene named Jesus Christ. Only through him can you be forgiven.

Amen
